Definitely a strong petroleum smell. Anyone else experience this? Does the smell wash out? A1: Theres no odor to mine other than the typical new clothes smell. Give it a good wash and that should help. It really is a great dress. So comfy and can be dressed up or worn with chucks, so I hope you get that smell out or you'll be missing out. A1: I think you could probably get away with a medium but you may want to go with a large if you like your clothes to have a little more flow. I typically wear a 2x and the xl fits wonderfully.
